Please attend one of the Pool Pass registration days and submit completed forms and paperwork along with your ID, and a CPS Energy bill if a renter, in order to get a Pool Pass. If you would like to review forms ahead of time, please visit our website: https://churchillestateshoa.com/pool-pass/. You may print and bring your unsigned forms with you or we have blank forms available to fill out at each sign up session.
1. What is a pool pass? How is it different from the old pool tokens? The pool pass is replacing pool tokens. We will no longer sell pool tokens. You will need your pool pass to access the pool area.
2. Why do I have to sign off for a pool pass? All lot owners must sign the pool rules and waiver to obtain a pool pass. These forms are for the protection of the Churchill Estates Association. Residents will need to show proof of residency when signing pool pass forms. Renters can provide a CPS bill with name/address on it.
3. Can I purchase an extra pool pass fob for my residence? Yes. You can purchase additional pool passes at $10 each at a later date. Currently, we are ensuring every resident who registers gets one pass.
4. What happens if I lose my pool pass? If your pool pass has been lost or damaged, it will be deactivated and you are responsible for replacing it at a $10 fee. It’s also important to take care of your fob. Keep it dry and not overheated, you should NOT swim with it or get it wet, do NOT leave it on your car dashboard and keep it out of your washing machine or dryer.
5. Who do I call if the pool pass fob does not work? If your pool pass is not working, we will need to troubleshoot, the problem. You can email us at cehapoolpass@gmail.com Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and include your pool pass number, your name and address for a ticket to be created to have your pool pass troubleshooted. Also note that your pass will not work if you owe HOA dues. Please check with our Financial Manager Rudolph Jass, Jr. (J.J.), at jjceha@gmail.com if you want to pay or inquire about your dues.
6. Do I need my pool pass when the lifeguards are on duty? Yes. You will need your pool pass when the lifeguards are on duty. The pool pass gets you into the pool with or without lifeguards.
7. How long will it take to get my pool pass activated? It will take three business days to get your pool pass activated.
8. Can I have a pool party during Pool Pass/SAYOR hours? Yes. You can have a pool party but must reserve it. Making a reservation does not prevent any homeowner from using the pool. A reservation ensures we have enough lifeguard coverage and reserve the pavilion.
