Churchill Estates is a North Central San Antonio community of over 880 residential single family and garden homes. Churchill Estates Homes Association, Inc. is the subdivision’s original HOA and is self-managed. It offers a beautiful main Boulevard, Rec Center, pool and tennis courts for residents.
Our July 4th celebration is here! Help us celebrate the birth of our glorious nation!
Join us for our annual parade down the boulevard to the pool or watch from the median. Be sure to wear red, white and blue to show your American pride! Kids, be sure to decorate your “ride” for a chance to win the ride decoration contest. Pets are encouraged to attend the parade and must be leashed; animals are not permitted in the pool area.
Food and refreshments are on a first come, first serve basis. Enjoy a day of swimming and games with prizes throughout the day. Please remember glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
10:45am – Line up for the annual parade at the corner of Cavalcade and CE Blvd.
11:00am – Parade to the rec center
11:15am – Pool Opens – bring your lawn chairs, snacks, and coolers (no glass, please!).
12:00pm – Lunch for the first 200 residents
1:00pm – Kona Ice
