Pool Party Reservations
Churchill Estates is proud to offer pool party and pavilion reservations to residents. Please allow 2 weeks for requests to process and for confirmation of the party.
STEPS TO REQUEST A POOL PARTY
- Log in to PayHOA.com
- Go to the Requests tab
- Complete the Pool Party Request form
- Submit your preference for date, time and number of guests
- Allow 2 weeks for request to be reviewed and for confirmation of event
- Review all pool rules for hosting a safe and enjoyable event at the pool (Dues must be current to host a pool party.)
- Complete payment for pool party in PayHOA.com at least 1 week prior to hosting event
Pool party availability
- April 1 – August 11th (excluding holiday weekends) – Reservations are available Monday-Sunday
- August 11 – September 30th – Reservations are available on weekends only (excluding Labor Day weekend)
PRICING (Approximate):
- Pool/pavilion reservation – $200
- Life guards (2 required by law) – $150 for a 2 hour party
- Payment must be made 1 week prior to event
All residents: Please see updated Rules and Regulations on our CE website. An updated Compliance Policy has been added to the CE website as well for all swim at your own risk users.
