1. What is a pool fob? The pool fob gives you access to both the pool and tennis courts during the year. The first fob is at no charge. One additional fob may be purchased for $20 through PayHOA.com

2. Why do I have to sign off for a pool fob? All lot owners must sign the pool rules and waiver to obtain a pool fob. These forms are for the protection of the Churchill Estates Association. Residents will need to submit proof of residency when signing pool fob request forms. Renters can provide a CPS bill with name/address on it.

3. Can I purchase an extra pool pass fob for my residence? Yes. You can purchase one additional pool fob for $20 through PayHOA.com.

4. What happens if I lose my pool and tennis fob? If your pool fob has been lost or damaged, it will be deactivated and you are responsible for replacing it at a $20 fee. It’s also important to take care of your fob. Keep it dry and not overheated, you should NOT swim with it or get it wet; do NOT leave it on your car dashboard, and keep it out of your washing machine or dryer.

5. Who do I call if the pool fob does not work? If your pool pass is not working, we will need to troubleshoot the problem. You can email the Project Manager at at cehapm@gmail.com Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Include your pool fob number, your name and address for a ticket to be created to have your pool and tennis fob troubleshooted. Also note that your pool and tennis fob will not work if you owe HOA dues. Please check your PayHOA.com account to make sure dues are up to date.

6. Do I need my pool fob when the lifeguards are on duty? Yes. You will need your pool fob when the lifeguards are on duty. The pool fob gets you into the pool with or without lifeguards.

7. How long will it take to get my pool fob activated? It will take 3-4 business days to get your pool fob processed and activated.

8. Can I have a pool party during Pool Fob/SAYOR hours? Yes. You can have a pool party but must reserve it. Making a reservation does not prevent any homeowner from using the pool. A reservation ensures we have enough lifeguard coverage and the reservation of the pavilion.
